The children at Cheselbourne spent a week in Cheselbourne School’s very own Science Lab this week. We had visits from people in STEM jobs and learnt all about everything Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.  The week consisted of lots of different activities, many of them centred around developing our school garden and learning about plants, soil and water.

The week culminataed in Cheselbourne Village School’s first Science Fair.  The children were tasked with working on their own projects with their grown ups at home which they then presented during the fair.  We had the most amazing array of different projects from exploding volcanoes and hyrdo-electric motors to heat powered spinners and ingenious mousetraps.   We were so impressed!
