Year 2, 3 and 4 literacy work
Returning from half term we discovered that we had had a giant visitor. This had led to the pupils’ discovery all about the myth of the giant’s gravestone in Melcombe Bingham. Many of your children have asked if they could possibly visit the site.
Below is a google map image with a blue line to show the footpath, and the approximate what3words code for visiting the giants gravestone. (It is a big lump of white stone – see photo below) It is on a public footpath and I would love to make a display of photos of children visiting the site to go alongside their own giant myths.
